I am a Life Upgrade Facilitator and Fertility Solutions Practitioner.

I began exploring alternative therapies after  searching for a solution to my severe M.E.  I found the effects of  Theta Healing transformational and became a Theta practitioner in 2007.

I am committed to my professional development and always seek to improve my practice.  As a result I discovered Life Upgrade a tool kit that anyone can use to enable them to live in the moment.  I am now a Live Upgrade Facilitator, empowering my clients to live in the moment and reach their full potential.

Fertility Solutions

I specialise in Fertility Solutions, supporting couples to move forward into a place where conception is possible.  The programme can address physical symptoms which affect fertility (Endometreosis, PCOS and Fibroids for example) as well as easing the emotional pain many couples go through when conception becomes difficult.  Fertility Solutions can support those going through IVF treatments and those with ‘unexplained infertility’.

The Fertility Solutions Programme, developed by Tracy Holloway,  is effective in supporting couples to reach their best chance of  conception as well as allowing those who decide they no longer wish to have children find fulfillment elsewhere.
